more pola mentleness
Firstly, many thanks from all of you that keep reminding me to updatethe blog - Im impressed people are actually reading my waffle. - (This entry has piccies - click on title bar to see them.)
Wedding season is now upon us with avengance so many many days and nights infront of the computer ahead - to counter this we have swapped some of our unused goodies for a lovely polaroid camera. Not one of those jobbies that spits out a perfect picture but a bloody old one and have managed to get our hands on stacks of out of date film to put through it. The pure unbridled joy of not knowing what your gonna get till you peel apart the pics is a great antidote to the digital stuff and we are currently looking to run 2 personal projects this year. First up is a series looking at people I have met in or around York that can be effectively shot (on polaroid) from the waist down but so that you can still tell what they do for a living. If you know me and want to volunteer for this, get in touch.
Secondly we're doing some well arty farty nudes with the old polaroid film. If your well lovely or at least an interesting shape and not at all shy, get in touch. WIll post some tester shots here soon, meanwhile heres more recent polaroid lovleyness..
