One

Little Naimh is so cute it almosts hurts. I met her at 1 1/2 days and we had our first shoot at day 3. I couldn't help wonder what she was thinking.

Three

These super charged one year old triplets were brought up to York by their lovely parents through snow drifts and general freezingness and we met for the shoot at the home of our clients The Littles.  What came after that was a bit of a blur but in any of the shots that had all 3 of them together, there were at least 3 adults just out of shot holding on tight.  Bloomin great fun.  You can be all the reportage photographer you want but if Mum wants a shot with all 3 together the only other option was velcro-ing them to the wall.  Now theres an idea....

More new arrivals

Given the nature of our work, its no suprise that lots of our clients are planing, brewing or having babies, pretty much all of the time.  Just now however, there are wee ones everywhere, which is brilliant as we love photographing the little rugrats.

This one is just a tease while we prep for single arrivals, some v cute twins and a set of triplets that just wouldn't sit still - coming soon.....

Debby and Patrick get Married

Debby and Patrick  came to see me at the studio a full 13 months before their wedding and even then Debby was overexcited.  It was obviously going to be a wonderful day and when it came it fully lived up to expectation.  When Katie got to the girls for prep, bridesmaids Jennifer Nicola and Katie were fully relaxing with bottles of bubbly and several bags of skittles, and the groomsmen were simply chilin.  Well most of them.  A couple turned up with 30 seconds to go before the ceremony and got buttonholed at breakneck speed.  Debby looked stunning in deep maroony purply velvet as her dad proudly walked her from her room and from that point on there seemed to always be someone on the verge of tears.  Brilliant.  Lovely crowd of family and friends, suitably rowdy (and glam) work mates and a hog roast to round off the evening. We loved every bit of the day, the tattoos, the shoes, the cool atmosphere and the chocolates at the end of the evening (thank you, they were lovely!). Wonderful day, wonderful people, very Mint indeed :o)
